Who says you can’t have a healthy alcoholic drink during the holiday season? With the practice of “everything in moderation” and a few healthy twists, it’s all good! I created this drink a few years ago – wanting a refreshing vodka drink without any added sugars. My friends simply love it!
1 Pink/Red Grapefruit – your preference, but ruby red are extra delicious and colorful if you can find them!
Quality Vodka of your choice
Combine 1 Oz Vodka & 1/2 of a fresh-squeezed grapefruit (strained) in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add a generous splash of soda water
Shake and pour into a beautiful glass with a wedge of lime or grapefruit
Enjoy this light, refreshing drink low with a huge dose of
Vitamin C - woohoo!!
Magical Apple Cider Vinegar Elixir
Take this with you and sip your way to a flatter tummy, heartburn control and the detoxing and cleansing benefits of raw, unfiltered, Organic ACV!
1-2 tablespoons of ORGANIC ACV (as much as you can handle)
1 tsp of raw, local honey – raw, local honey is a super food with beneficial enzymes, digestive properties, and immunity support that provides just the right amount of sweetness!
Combine all ingredients in your favorite travel mug and off you go!
