This group program meets weekly/bi-weekly for 12 sessions to motivate and empower each other toward healthy changes to your diet and lifestyle. We'll create a mini-oasis away from life, work, phones and other demands so you can focus on transforming your life and your health! We can meet wherever space is available at work, or home. Any space big/comfortable enough will do!
